05 Sunrises, Sunsets & the Northern Lights
If you are in luck, the Tundra Buggy Lounge is also one of the best places to see northern lights in action. With its wall-to-ceiling windows and roof-top observation deck, guests can fully witness this natural phenomenon staying indoor. Churchill has on average, over 300 nights of aurora activity throughout the year. Although they can be viewed in any season, the northern lights tend to be most strong and visible during the depths of winter, especially in January to March when the nights are long and skies are clear.
